Shaped by curiosity, care, and real-world practice

I’m a Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Acupuncturist, and a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC).

I work with people who are in pain, feeling overwhelmed, or disconnected from their bodies, offering a calm, supportive, and approachable space for healing.

My own journey with acupuncture began at 14, when treatment for severe period pain and migraines showed me how transformative Chinese medicine can be. Since then, my curiosity led me back to school in 2021 to study a BSc degree in Acupuncture and ultimately change careers from design and branding.

I recently returned to the UK from practicing aboard cruise ships, supporting both guests and crew while at sea. This experience sharpened my ability to adapt, listen deeply, and create a grounded, supportive space no matter where my patients are or what they need.

I’m passionate about holistic care and making acupuncture accessible, because nobody should have to live in pain or feel dismissed.

Thoughtful, grounded, thorough

Patients often tell me they appreciate my calm, thorough, and compassionate approach. Many have struggled with persistent pain or stress and felt dismissed elsewhere — I aim to provide care that actually makes a difference.

Whether it’s reducing pain, easing stress, or supporting your overall wellbeing, my goal is to provide treatment that is evidence-informed, tailored, and deeply attentive, helping you feel better in body, mind and soul.
